Hopefully the April update will fix it permanently. This is a few more steps, but it works until we figure out the problem.ĮDIT2: Uninstalling 2021-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 (KB5000808) fixed the issue for me.

I have tried different pictures, different printers, different number of photos on each page, but all print the photos incompletely.ĮDIT: a work-around solution is to choose "Microsoft Print to PDF" in the Printer dropdown and save the file, then print the PDF. Quick research shows this has happened to other people, but I cannot find a fix for us.

From the Start menu, select (All apps >) Canon Utilities > Easy-PhotoPrint Editor. Each photo in the 3x3 is missing like half the image right down the middle on the printed page. The procedure below is for a computer running the Windows 10 operating system. If she selects 3x3 (so all 9 fit on one page), it will show the pictures correctly. The "Print Pictures" window pops up and you can choose how many photos per page. She selects all nine and right-clicks and chooses Print. Does anyone know how to solve this problem: A teacher has 9 regular JPEG files of students.
